"The defendents". That could mean any combination of any of them. It does not say "ALL".

Secondly, it does not say which message boards. It could be any of them.

To adamantly state that even this phrase says that MATT used IHUB for illicit gains is stretching it!

You can speculate that he did. My contention is that it is not a FACT - not even close.
