I wasn't talking about Matt's problem. I'm talking about anyone in general running a scam. It's a crime.

But since you mention this one (Matts), well of course there's no "Positive Proof" yet.

But now if he's convicted, will it still be all the victims fault, those scammed? Sure they will suffer the consequences but don't all victims suffer the consequences?
