I agree, but also lets not jump to conclusions about the merits of the case. Anyone can file a lawsuit. There is a guy I recently heard about who sued his drycleaners for 40 million dollars claiming they lost his pants. Just because someone files a suit does not mean the case has a chance of winning or even going forward.

Now 5 lawsuits + 1 petition into bankruptcy, and that just what is confrimed. Lawsuits from previous employee are kept confidential until judgement, so it may take some time to find out about these, but they do exist ...
