In Montreal judicial district, cause number 500-22-157520-092: Exaterra Inc is suing Effective Control Innovation, the company run by Bruno Farbos as CEO since January for unpaid bills in R&D. Exaterra is a GPS Fleet management in Ottawa. Court proceed last Thursday, next hearing on October 14th.
