I do believe we will have some of that, but it's easy to discuss for it's all in print.
We voted, we gave them the right, and we now have given them more time in which to make that decision.
I do have to argue your comment on "There is no reverse split planned".
Mel did not say there is "no reverse split planned" he said there were no immediate plans (which is quite different from no plans) and that it is only intended to be used as a safety valve in the future should it be required.
I believe, at this time, Mel is sticking to his end of the bargain and that the vote to reverse is set in place in case they need it in regard to the delisting rule... (which has been suspended until July, I believe, and will probably be suspended for another three months since our economy is still in bad shape, IMHO)
but I would be lying if I said the additional shares don't bother me.
