Now if they didn't, from what I have read...SIRI's delisting clock will start the day after Nasdaq reinstates the under $1.00 delisting rule.

For 30 days we will have to remain under a dollar.

Then we get a notice and then we have 180 days to comply. ( I think there was something about an extra 90 days as well?)

that technically sets us into 2010 anyway IF the rs is based on the nasdaq rule and nothing else?

This was discussed earlier when we had the first vote. Same idea- but different dates now.
