I think the company had a bit more credibility last summer as news of the lawsuit, etc. Having said that, if they would just come and talk about the A/S increase, publish the damn financials already (PISS OR GET OFF THE POT), and ungag the TA I think it could go on a run, because THEN we'd have the makings of a legitimate company...assuming financials were decent.
