The product sales are much better now then last summer. The company will release information on their schedule, not ours. End of story. The only thing that will shut down the constant gloom and doom posted by some here, is the stock price going up. So until then, its open season on ASFX for those that desperately want to see the company fail.
Good point Accipiter. Now that you mention it, that was when the company became mysteriously quiet around the time of the lawsuit. To this date we still don't know about exclusivity or much else for that matter. Until that time they were shareholder friendly/transparent.
