What a blatant scam. This guy is going to go to prison for this one.

The most obvious part of the scam is the press release stating that The Alcoses Group is doing a buyout!!! The Alcoses website was a complete copy of this website: http://www.bindaengroup.com/ and has now been taken down.

BinDaen Group even got hip to the scam and that someone was copying their website. They now have a HUGE WARNING on their front page! Simply Amazing.

Another major red flag: Whenever this T. Bisante guy releases a PR, it gets retracted minutes later by newswire!
