Free agent wide receiver Keenan McCardell signed a four-year contract with Tampa Bay on Friday. He will start opposite Keyshawn Johnson.

McCardell cited a desire to stay in Florida as playing a part in his decision to sign with Tampa Bay instead of Kansas City. McCardell probably would have put up better stats in Kansas City, playing for Dick Vermeil. In Tampa Bay, we expect similar numbers to those he posted in Jacksonville.
