A. No one blamed it "all" on Bush.

B. What is ludicrous, is acting as though he doesn't know exactly what he is doing, and all the ill ramifications, when he pushes for these people to buy now -- instead of presenting a balanced picture. Not to mention that he ignores (though he well knows) what it will do to the nation if there is a collapse with a large segment of people financially unable to continue their burdens.

It's just a bunch of rhetoric for him.
He could care less what comes to the people that fall into the trap, or the country.
