Always a plus and minus regarding Hartcourt...I tend to agree with hrct-bull regarding the 100,000 SALES each day...It would seem logical that someone has had millions of shares to sell..Logic says it's someone that received the shares and now have no restrictions on selling them...If they tried to sell all of them in the market at the same time the market makers would surely offer sub-penny for the bulk of the shares..So an agreement made between seller and market maker(probably nite)..they will sell 100,000 each day for approximate $1,000..That is the negative regarding Hartcourt..The positive is a market maker is willing to accumulate millions of shares at the 1 penny cost per share...If some good news comes about they will stand to make a healthy profit on those shares..Even at 2 cents they will have made 100% on their accumulation..The positive for Hartcourt is that one seller is willing to take a thousand a day for their shares and the M'M's are making a huge investment in picking up shares..They wouldn't do that if they felt Hartcourt would fold or go sub-penny...(All the above is pure speculation on my part, and brd will probably put holes in my speculation.)Everybody have a good day I'm heading out.
