It would appear to me that whatever happens, is going to happen after the fiscal year which ends May 31...Lots of possibilities..With the outstanding shares where they are, the company needs someone with cash to help them with their expansion plans..At least that's the way I see it..We shall see..They have some profit going so anyone with knowledge of what they are doing and can see down the road might be interested in jumping on board...jmo
