I am honestly at a loss on what is happening.

On one hand we run out of money in 8 days (which I don't buy).

On the other hand, all this Nokia stuff, and new partnerships with NeuStar, etc.

Also, the expidited trial appears to be "timed" to what ever is about to happen.. otherwise why the urgency?

And also the paragraph in the 10Q about employees salaries returning to normal after a change in control.

Yep, we're sold/merged (IMO).

Hopefully for more than $0.80/share.

Holding back a PR for the purpose of keeping the PPS from rising would be illegal manipulation. Period.
