after reading the recent 10K discussions on this board; i must say i am very disappointed that this is all just coming out right now.

this stock is owned by YA and they own the shareholders (essentially).

imo, this thing is being manipulated like mad and guess who's going to be left holding the bag?

look for more dilutive financing from YA within the next few days. Period.
