I just received this in my e-mail box, the message requested a confirmation, I said no and blocked the sender.

FEMA spam / Scam?

We have tracked down the FEMA - It was under project name David Bray. It is dead filed off site. The costs incurred to find and retrieve this FEMA is $150. If this is acceptable please note so by responding to this e-mail and we will pull the certificate.

You also need to be aware this form is now out dated and in several cases we have had to update the form to the newer version. Please verify this before we pull the old FEMA in case we need to update it. There would be additional cost to bring the form to if the update is needed.
