"ditto" on Chapter 7 filing.....just to give everyone a heads-up on notice recd. in the mail!!

I'm curious though.....anyone know.....I thought the company
had to put out an official SEC filing notice prior to MAILING any statements out in U.S.Mail ----- are they not bound by the need to "let everyone have access to info at the same time" ---- theoretically ?
