If Churak had not been trying to insinuate that CMKX was running out of money to pay their legal bills, he could just as well used the analogy that if you don't pay your water bill they will turn your water off. It was very clear what Churak was trying to imply to anyone who was following the discussion.
matrix, IMO, Glenn does add credibility to CMKX. I think that he has seen the size of the deal and, as a partner in E&A, took on CMKZ as a client because it possibly will add prestige to that firm. Urban could have hired any law firm. Someone that has power had to have made the introduction for Urban because without same, E&A would never take on CMKX.
