Vader...I believe insiders know news in advance in most cases. They are probably loaded & not buying today. If Thur PR will be bad, insiders would certainly be selling off, IMO. I'm just looking for signs of disaster Thur but I dont see it yet. If there is good PR, the vol will be traders with selling into the news, all IMO. Hopefully our enterprise systems are starting to attract customers & projections will show us some long-term business.
Tax write-off (I know companies purposely make this type of strategic investment at times. CPA might be able to shed some light on this) or he had the wool pulled over his eyes like so many others.
Hell, I would have taken that deal!!!! Anyone in their right mind would have. Preregistered shares at a 20% discount available for sale right away. Its a no brainer.
So, the fact that someone invested means NOTHING!!!! Again, means NOTHING!!!!
