Not that I know of, but I understand your predicament/question.

When trying to answer these types of questions, I've found that it's very helpful to make your custom studies display a "static" timeframe by unchecking "override formula with chart interval". So for example, if you always look at the MACD histogram on the day chart for entry, you can create it as a custom study and then look at how it behaves on the 60 min chart. I hope that makes sense.

The second part of your post would probably be best answered by the TDA folks, but I doubt you'll find an acceptable answer. You might be able to splice together data from the bar table, but that's just going to be OHLC form... no indicators. The only thing that I could think would be remotely what you're looking for would be some sort of usage of the "override symbol" options and chart overlays.
