Why would you expect them to do more?

In most cases, I can decipher the transcription errors based on context, but there have been some CC’s where I couldn’t do that, and the SeekingAlpha transcripts were essentially useless.

Find me the person who can transcribe every conference call with sufficient knowledge to understand everything, and I bet it's someone who won't be posting it on a free website.
