What do you mean by "clerical errors"? I assume they use voice recognition software to convert audio to text..

If this is what they are doing, it explains why the transcripts are of such low quality.

In most cases, I can decipher the transcription errors based on context, but there have been some CC’s where I couldn’t do that, and the SeekingAlpha transcripts were essentially useless.
