LMAO can't even apply for an uplisting without first providing fully audited fins & engaging the services of a mm sponsor rose. And at this rate with zero transparency provided on the share structure games that have gone on here over the past 2 years since this company came public...your chances of EFFC ever providing fully audited fins are approx. 0% in my objective opinion...based on all the available info to date:)
