Note about the OS confirmed with CEO: per PR 350 million will be issued for the acquisition

CONFIRMED from CEO :the Co has issued 300 million RESTRICTED for the deal and the remaining 50 million IF released will be RESTRICTED too!!no more change after that confirmed in the PR

with the new add of the 300 million restricted today

the New O/S shares out is 1,584,451,879.00

as of 05/06/09

last O/S share out were 1,284,451,879.00
