Wait a minute, not to be difficult here---but I thought if the shares were restricted---they won't show up on the OS?

So they still show up regardless if they are restricted or not?

I suppose if they don't increase the AS (or heaven forbid do a RS) then I guess it doesn't matter. It doesn't appear to me they are diluting anyway----

Bala, I am not clear about PINR's future...making indie movies in today's economy is a loss making proposition....even their concert plans wont make any big waves unless someone here things making $15k bucks is a big deal...All in All i dont see any big runs in the near future unless they have some very big names signed up for their movie which might create a small stir and boost the pps by a few 100%+...

IMO its a wait and watch game to see what Mike the Pike can deliver here
