big_island, I don't know who you are quoting there, but it sure isn't me. My point was that in a structured trade situation, one can usually expect there to be a large number of shares traded and metered out. It is difficult to tell where those shares are coming from at the time, but in many cases on the OTC those shares often come from the company; so one has to be alert to such actions. Subsequent filings usually provide the answer as to where the shares came from, either from the company or from an investor. Good luck to you...
