ARM and Trusted Logic today announced an agreement to develop ARM(R) TrustZone(TM) technology-optimized security software. This software will provide consumers with a more secure environment for electronic transactions such as mobile banking, e-commerce and digital rights management using ARM Powered(R) mobile phones, payment terminals, set-top boxes and other consumer devices.

This new security software coupled with the ARM TrustZone technology will also protect against common hardware attacks and frauds such as mobile phone security codes being overwritten. If these codes are overwritten it means operators lose revenue and ultimately increases the cost to mobile phone users.

"With new devices on the market designed to support playback of protected audio/video content, having a security infrastructure across multiple open operating environments is critical to reducing time to market for device manufacturers," said Erin Cullen, lead product manager in the Windows Digital Media Division at Microsoft Corp. Doma, your probably right it was a poor choice of words, but we have definatly licensed some part of the IP to NSM. Which in essence is free if they dont ever get around to deploying it!

My point is I think that without significant news that will raise the share price signifacantly, waves chances of getting any financing without giving up part of the company or control in the boardroom are slim to none. I can see the dots that everyone brings to the table adn I would like ot believe that we bring significant substance to the table, but I also have to be realistic about our chances.

I have been invested since 98 and I own more shares now than ever. To me its starting to look like a crap shoot. I have given them until the end of the year before I make a final decision (I may have already gone down with the ship and dont know it), hopefully I can make that decision.
