Yes how are they getting the 51%? That is one question I would like to do a little more research on. They have authorized almost 20 billion since I first bought. How do we find out how much of that the board and company owns? Is there a way to do that? If FMNJ is holding over $11 billion then it kind of makes a little more sense as to "who" is buying.

Now this part does sound very suspect. Anyone who has more input or who can help do some research it would be greatly appreciated cause I would hate to have to bow down to beenthere and tell him he was right :)

The preferred shares control everything! If they want they can issue as many shares as they want!
