I spoke w/ Vern re the original Strat design. After probing him, I concluded that he did not understand aerodynamics and what makes these types of vehicles work. The initial Strat 'whale' (as some here put it) design was aerodynamically unstable. Any engineer worth their salt could see the instability in the wind tunnel test video w/ B Jones. It was that video that made me sell off half my shares back then.
