The company did a stock audit. Would the stock audit reveal your opinion that there is, was a Massive Naked Short? Would the company want to keep it to themselves rather than admit that there is this hanging problem over them today?
Should they deny all ridiculous rumors invented by overzealous shareholders? Of course not- what a waste of time and resources that would be.
Instead they made the statement that the previous negatives issues have been resolved and that information not given by the company should not be relied upon.
That is reality and is straight from the company- you really need to deal with it.
