Sounds like you've picked a beautiful part of the country to live. I hear it's beautiful with a nice vibe. I've seen photos of the city and been amazed at how many houses they've crammed in close to the waters edge. Humidity! I love certain things about Tennessee but I'm getting too old for this humidity and 95+ days! Those on the list in E. TN have it a little bit better due to their higher elevation. Anyhoo, "talk amongst yourselves". ;)
