Mike White, Ron we need to do something before Friday for the judge so that when they get infront of her on Friday she does not approve of this settlement.
Ron do you still have the unitcount among the boardmembers, although this may need revision because some individuals and you cannot blame them might have gotten scared and sold. The volume I must say has not been that heavy as I expected.
