Mike i believe i read where they spent hundreds of thousands just obtaining documents, some that the defense wouldnt turn over. Plus this has gone on for well over 2 years. I think you are way low on the fees
.22 is still extremely disappointing, especially when you look at the amount being suing for, the arguments being made, the time it took to get this point, all of the legal etc. if this is what the plaintiffs were going to settle on, it would've been nice if the attorneys didn;'t rack up so much in legal fees just to get us this.
