at this point, there is no need to sell. i am just going to ride it out and see where we go from here. perhaps the judge won't approve the settlement. she didn't approve the one a few years ago with JP morgan. also, who knows what we will get for the properties. what if we get a few hundred million, or even $100 million. that could translate into $1+/unit. what if the properties are purchased by the plaintiffs in the name of the trust? could that happen, not sure.
