I respectfully disagree. The defendants delayed, delayed, delayed in producing witness lists, particularly experts opinions, etc. Go back and read our request for postponement of trial for the particulars.
One shouldn't go grizzly hunting unless fully armed, including a backup.
Being unprepared at trial and thus asking questions that you do not already know the complete answer to is just asking to get blindsided with a huge bat. If either side engineered this delay, I would be it was our team, and for very good reason.
