Yes, it's probably going on for a few more years, Gibbs trying his best, JPM being pushed to the wall, despite their claim to fame for "being too big to fail" = BS but got OUR taxpayer monies nevertheless.

I can and will wait until Sept '09, not in the US anyways and traveling as usual and might involve someone else in the suit.
