frank, when I ask for something factual and something they're willing to go on record about, it gets the big scoff......I honestly think the best tact is in any post to the yankee doubles, is ask them to back it up and be willing to go on record in an e-mail to a company representative, and that way the company rep will say, yes that's true, or log in the post and forward it to their attorney with an eye toward a libel/slander cause of action
shell would have more of a concern being identified in a lawsuit than "unknown location" bishop would, and "unthreat" matrix is harmless....lol
