OK Jim.....First off, that is in regards to reporting requirements, not changing the legality of it. Thereby again confirming that it IS legal. Secondly, So, what changes have you seen in the market because of these rule changes. Thirdly, it is impossible to carry out such actions on non-reporting stocks. You read it all here first.
