In asking your quesion, you ignored the basis of my "guess" as to why Roger Glenn is aboard (and it is a better guess than he was on vacation and didn't know what he was doing). I don't know what the issued and outstanding number is, but if you read the basis of my post, there aren't many shares left to be traded if UC has the lion's share of the legitimate outstanding in his possession or otherwise identified.....yet, it trades billions everyday.
I'm more than willing to wait and see as this thing unfolds. RFL
