Thought the division out of Atlanta had already been closed and wrote off by the company so any phone numbers would be old if that is the case...
The previous CFO is no longer with the company...He is serving a new tenure for bad info put out in some prior years...That could be a small problem in getting someone to follow after such an incident...Didn't think it was worth getting into last night with the share price battling to hold support...
The 10K is needed for an up-to-date share count...LJ
