As far as the share count goes it doesnt appear that any shares are hitting the market from insiders since dollar volume has been very low. The last few down days have been people getting nervous and selling.
There are a lot of people on the Yahoo! board that are very bitter about SOFN's past. It seems that past management has been corrupt and enriched themselves at their expense but I believe that time has past.
I still contend that a profit will be reported here shortly, either in the 10K or in May with the 10Q
As far as Im concerned I think the company is extremely undervalued. Todays closing market cap is only 91,000 dollars and the company does 5-6 million in revenue annually and is on the verge of profitability. If that doesnt scream "buy me" I dont know what will.
