I bought a boat load of TSHL for the purpose of getting UCHB
shares. I then sold my TSHL shares. I am not down on my total
investment at all.

When I get my UCHB shares (and I will), then you will have
nothing to say and I will smile because I am right. As you
say, there is nothing wrong with my math.
