I then sold my TSHL shares.

The ex-date has not been announced, nor has the UCHB divy appeared on the Daily List. If you sold your TSHL shares, not only did you sell at an undeniable loss (unless they were free for you to print) but you aren't even eligible for a future dividend from TSHL.

TX, remember when you wrote this about 10 days ago. Have you got those UCHB shares yet? Are you smiling yet?

When did you buy all those UCHB shares? I know you would have bragged about it if you had.

Looks like you can forget about those UCHB shares. Wilcox just informed the world that TSHL can not redistribute them as per agreement.

TSHL shareholders will NOT be receiving any UCHB dividend shares at all. Just as some of us warned would happen. Better revisit that math.

Must agree, youse's math is fantastic. It's what youse posted as fact is the problem. Please re-read youse's posts. To quote youse. I am up on TSHL and UCHB is what youse has stated for a fact, and youse's bank account proves it is in that statement too. Nothing about future occurances that have not come to pass yet. One little problem with that whopper. The only way youse's bank account could prove what youse stated as an ''absolute'' fact, is if youse done something illegal. Changing the posts to read youse will be up ''when'' the UCHB SHARES SHOW UP, IS NOT WHAT YOUSE STATED IN MANY POSTS. Think talking to MELLONE and WILCOX, may have affected youse's thought process, being real polite on that one. Now if youse ever gets ''up'' on the rank and file here, please let us know.
