analysis of AERO's L2 trading, you might follow these examples listed below. Although the SEC states that they believe that L2 may not be accurate reporting, in the case of SEC v. Rhino Advisors http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/lr18003.htm, Level 2 trading data was certainly used against Rhino Advisors listed here to show what we are trying to prove here.

Keep up the good work tracking AERP trades on L2. Don't just send those written complaints to the SEC through there automated system or they will disappear, forward them to your congressperson as well.
