I would venture to say he didn't just get that offer when it was publicly announced to us either...he could have had it for several weeks before we were told about it. I believe the buyer would know Jared's schedule as well because if they know about little EESO well enough to make an offer to purchase it in its entirety, it would be safe to say they are familiar with it's main principal executive, owner and founder. Hell, they may have sent him on "vacation" to visit their corporate headquarters and to seal this deal.
Come on peeps...think about it for a few seconds. What better cover story for travel and explaining his absence and real location. Even with his own staff.
IMO his decision was made before he ever went on "vacation".
