Most of it is done well over 3/4ths if not near all, and in the big picture 4.5 mil is a drop in bucket, but that's why the shorts took it down from over 4, they knew a cd was coming. At these levels it won't matter going forward expect serious revenue growth. The company needed financing to grow, but when you look at the business model once this is done, the stock should quickly recover.

GREAT NEWS COIN!!! From my research and due diligence 99.9% is done! Did you know even with the cd done the O/s for coin will only be around 10 mil shares. THATS A BEAUTIFUL CAPITOL STRUCTURE>>>>.. Will be putting a email together with some dd tonight


In dec the auditor put out a going concern much of this i believe was the economic environment at the time and whether they questioned Coins ability to complete the CD. I think this is what the shorts have been using to take it down.


Now with the CD complete and Revenues coming in, its my belief that this is no longer a going concern and think we can have a huge pop as early as this THURSDAY AUG 9 as we CC.!!!
