Most of it is done well over 3/4ths if not near all, and in the big picture 4.5 mil is a drop in bucket, but that's why the shorts took it down from over 4, they knew a cd was coming. At these levels it won't matter going forward expect serious revenue growth. The company needed financing to grow, but when you look at the business model once this is done, the stock should quickly recover.
