This application was filed in May of 2007. It takes "in part" some of the claims from original application but has deleted claims in the procedure. Ex-CEO West was deleted as an inventor
and replaced with Klimanskaya. You can see from the original application of many years they had two non-final rejections. A few days ago the newer application also got a non-final rejection. The good news I guess would be it is still a non-final rejection verses final. ACTC can still keep responding to concerns.

The original ACTC patent filing application for "without the destruction of the embryo" has been rejected. The second one they filed in 2007 is still pending. This post is linked up with the post I made on original application a few days ago.
