This application was filed in May of 2007. It takes "in part" some of the claims from original application but has deleted claims in the procedure. Ex-CEO West was deleted as an inventor
and replaced with Klimanskaya. You can see from the original application of many years they had two non-final rejections. A few days ago the newer application also got a non-final rejection. The good news I guess would be it is still a non-final rejection verses final. ACTC can still keep responding to concerns.

The invention further provides cells and cell lines derived without embryo destruction, and the use of the cells for therapeutic and research purposes.
