Looks more like 'the hearsay road' to me.

Hearsay is information gathered by the first person from a second person concerning some event, condition, or thing of which the first person had no direct experience. The use of such information as evidence to prove 'the truth' of what is asserted is generally not allowed in court.

Mike, if you really were taking the high road you would post the whole document, then let let everyone decide for themselves based on the complete report. Not the snippets you selectively posted.

This does not reflect well to an appearance of objectivity on your part and If you respected the current or prospective investors in EFFC you would post the whole thing.

Longs will obtain and post the whole thing sooner or later but it would be a nice gesture on you part since you already have it.
